Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Free tier is effectively a permanent free trial. We don't offer trial periods for paid tiers, but you can cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund.

When you complete a track, you earn a certificate with a unique verification ID and a Credly badge. Employers can verify it at getsharpish.com/verify/[id]. Certificates renew annually to signal that your skills are current.
Yes. During onboarding you tell Sharp your role and experience level. Every lesson, example, and analogy is calibrated to you. A lawyer and a software engineer get the same curriculum delivered completely differently.
